COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

Please note Covid-19 restrictions will still be in place at the time of trials and must be adhered to at all times. Only 1 parent per player permitted however we ask parents to drop players off and pick up following the trial if possible to avoid large crowds.

No parents/caregivers are to be seated on courts 2, 3 or 4. Spectators can only be seated on Court 1 and social distancing is to be adhered to at all times

NOMINATION FEES SUMMER 2020/21

Please note all Summer Nomination Fees are must be paid at time of nomination

SENIORS – $230 including GST

SUB PRIMARY (GO) TO INTERMEDIATE – $215 including GST

NOTE: Unsuccessful players from any age group will have fees refunded, less $50 retained as a nomination fee.

If players withdraw after accepting their position in a team, fees will not be refunded unless at discretion of Management Committee. Late withdrawal is in exceptional circumstances.

IMPORTANT TRIAL INFORMATION

• All intending players are expected to attend the trial. If unable to attend the trial, an apology must be made to the Trials Coordinator prior to the trial in writing with significant reason for inability to trial to Jessica Mader – [email protected]
• Please refer to our Club Website and Facebook regularly prior to trials as any changes to trial schedule for unforseen reasons will be communicated on our sites not directly with players. We highly recommend “Liking” our Facebook site as this way you will see instant updates or last minute changes.
• Trialling does not guarantee selection due to large number of participants – Contax is committed to ensure all players are provided equal & fair opportunity during trials in all grades with highly experienced selectors. Each player will be treated with respect and will have a minimum of 2 court appearances with at least one in first preference position indicated.  Due to position choices, some players may get more court time to ensure team is fully fielded to provide each player with trial opportunities in preferred position at each trial.
• Uniform fittings and orders will be available at Priceline Stadium, Sunday 30^th August 2020 11:15am-1:30pm
• SELECTION IN THE SUMMER COMPETITION DOES NOT MEAN AUTOMATIC SELECTION IN A TEAM FOR WINTER OR AN EQUIVALENT GRADING AS SUMMER.
• ALL players will receive an email following the trial notifying the outcome of their trial. Your email will simply state whether you have been successful or not, no specific team details will be given until after Winter 2020 season
• If you are unsuccessful in being selected in a team, refunds (less $50 nomination fee) will be actioned as soon as practical following sending out the email

IF YOU ARE SELECTED IN A TEAM

• You will be required to accept or decline your position within that team. An email with instructions on how to do this will be sent out following the completion of Winter 2020 season.
• All selected players are expected to attend Season Launch to obtain important club information, meet your coach, team mates and participate in 1^st training session

COMPULSORY SEASON LAUNCH

• All selected players are expected to attend Season Launch to obtain important club information, meet your coach, teammates and participate in 1^st training session.
• 2 compulsory training sessions at the start of the summer season –  Wednesday 14^th October 2020 6.15pm-7.15pm and Sunday 18^th October 2020 11.00am-12:30pm.
